Copies of back issues may be ordered below. The rates for individuals is $12.00 per issue mailed to a U.S. address, $20.00 per issue mailed to a foreign address.  Library rates are $20.00 per issue mailed to a U.S. address, $28.00 per issue mailed to a foreign address.  Before ordering, please e-mail the R&E Office <Office@RandE.org> to confirm availability of the issues. Once the R&E office has confirmed that the issue is available, place your order using the appropriate button below. Include in your order a note indicating the issue title, volume number and year.
